Healthcare professional promotion
From 1 November 2024, Innorini ran sampling and promotion of Nasodine to GPs, hospital-based doctors and pharmacists in Singapore under a Marketing Representation Agreement.

How Innorini built the Singapore market for an ASX-listed partner’s antiseptic nasal spray, then earned the rights to four countries.
In October 2024, Firebrick Pharma (ASX:FRE) appointed INNORINI PTE. LTD. to promote Nasodine® Nasal Spray to Singapore doctors and pharmacists. Within 10 months Nasodine was on Guardian pharmacy shelves and Innorini was appointed exclusive licensee for all Nasodine products in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Mauritius. In January 2026 Innorini launched Nasodine Throat Spray in Singapore, its first international market.
Firebrick Pharma is an Australian company listed on the ASX that developed Nasodine Nasal Spray, a 0.5% povidone-iodine (PVP-I) antiseptic nasal spray. It needed a Singapore-based partner to introduce a new kind of product to busy GPs, hospital doctors and pharmacists, and to turn early interest into retail availability, without building its own local team.

Nasodine stock reached Guardian pharmacies in January 2025 under Firebrick’s agreements with Guardian and DKSH Singapore, alongside Innorini’s work with healthcare professionals. Innorini later took over management of both relationships.
Under the August 2025 licence, Innorini took over distribution, promotion and sales in Singapore, including the DKSH and Guardian relationships, and all marketing costs in the territory from 1 January 2026.
Innorini began promoting Nasodine Throat Spray to Singapore’s government hospitals in the December 2025 quarter, then launched it to doctors and other healthcare professionals in January 2026.
Firebrick’s plans for the year ahead, presented at its November 2025 AGM, include extending retail distribution of both Nasodine products to Watsons.
Innorini has been an excellent partner for us in Singapore.
Nasodine’s nasal and throat sprays are sold in Singapore as antiseptics and did not need HSA registration before marketing, so this case shows licensing and commercial work rather than a registration project. The lessons that transfer are practical: build credibility with healthcare professionals first, set up retail and institutional channels with established distributors, and give one licensed local partner day-to-day responsibility. Products that are therapeutic products need HSA registration first, which Innorini also manages.
